578win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User Account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested.
• Confirmed underage gambling (User found to be under 21 years of age).
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Request by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Extended inactivity, subject to prior notification to the Account holder.

You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting 578win customer support. Upon Account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the 578win platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
